BOOKING DETAILS

 

• A deposit must be received within 7 days after confirming your reservations or your reservations will be cancelled.

• Full payment is required for all reservations made within 60 days of arrival.

• Final Payment is required 60 days prior to your arrival.

• Payment is accepted by credit card (via PayPal or Venmo, credit card fees additional), Personal Check or Money Order/Cashier's Checks. PayPal or VRBO.com payment instructions will be sent to you.
  Confirmation will be made with you via e-mail/text or phone as soon as your payment is received.

• Check-in instructions and island information will sent after your final payment is received.

• Check-In is 3:00pm & Check-Out is 11:00 a.m.(Be sure to let us know your arrival/departure times so that we may assist you
  with either early or late arrivals and later check-out times.)

• Changes are permitted at any time, at no charge, provided that your new travel dates are within the same calendar year.

• Cancellations received at least 60 days before arrival will be fully refunded less any credit card transaction costs.

• Cancellations within 60 days will be subject to forfeiture of all payment(s) unless your reserved dates are rebooked.

 

Custom rates for different length of stays available upon request.

Discounted rates may be available for bookings less than 60 days prior to arrival.
