KE NANI KAI CONDOMINIUMS are located on the West End of Molokai, adjacent to the Kaluakoi Golf Resort (closed 4/2008) and the areas many beautiful beaches. The resort consists of 120 individually owned condominiums on 14 landscaped acres, a large free-flowing pool, heated whirlpool spa, 2 championship tennis courts and built-in BBQ's with picnic areas.

The West End of Molokai was designed as a resort area.  This condominium project was built for the leisure guest, as well as part-time and full-time residents.  All have full-size kitchens, washer/dryer laundry facilities in EACH unit and are spacious in design.  Interiors of the units range from 650 to 975 square feet, plus lanai areas.  Most units, including unit 115, have separate, private entrys.  The design of the units and the layout of the complex provide privacy to most units.  Unit 115 is very private.  It's location has great views without being obstructed by any building structures which provides the greatest privacy.....except for the occasional wild turkey roaming about!
